hmmm...feedback...well, ah...the eyes need to be...more 'leveled'...the one on the left is a LITTLE 2 high, and the smile should be a -slight- bit smaller...
the shading in the hair is EXCELLENT! ^.^
her face should be slightly bit longer...and..the mouth would be 2... that's all i can think about.

- It's not as horrid as you're probably thinking. The shading on the hair is good, and so are the eyes. The only thing you might need to brush up on is the length of the jaw and the space between her facial features. Really good job!
