Hopefully this isn't too shabby for a 13 year old. Though age doesn't matter here, I guess.
Anyway, I was quickly sketching a character's face of a re-make of the story Rapunzel I am writing, until I found myself adding a body, then a dress and a ribbon...
I must stop babbling on.

her feet are too small and too much off to the left. more work on the hand and her it seems like her head is more on the right and the rest of her body is on the left. i give it a 3/5

- When I was 13 I was much better then this. xD I'm only a year older now and I think I Have some pretty damn good art. It's not completely terrible but you should touch up on anatomy. Her feet are too small along with her neck, her hands are way too small. Also, instead of doing classic big flashy anime eyes, try making your own style of eyes unique to you.
