thanks for the help. thought this is not the first picture of mine that i have colored. For some reason the colored pencles i was using that day would not work for me and i desided after i had Sashinu on the paper to add her husband into the picture. hmms, u can see tht i have some skills, so here r some tips to help u improve
research (on the eweb, from books etc.) on the face shape and practice tht a few times before adding any features
when u get tht down, research how others arrange the basic face features (eyes, nose etc.) and then figure out ur own style
as for the shading, i think it should b a bit more blended and it would make it ezier if u practiced ur shading with a pencil first, so tht u can erase and all tht
practice is key

i agrees with midnight star biggrin
just practice coloring lightly and in one direction biggrin
it will work out becuz then you would have to start out in one direction and color that hard then as you gradually go down face color lightly and lightly then when you get to the other side you can colors it darkers and darkers XD
and for the neck i suggest you do the same thing color from and top but this time color it dark at teh top but gradually color lightly and lightly till the bottom smile

i will try that. I am going to try and make a new coloring of it i had a fight with my colored pencels on this one. The peach and pale flesh and other colors i used would not work with me. and thanks for your comment Midnight Star_Lightt

don't mind the other ppl DX Haters XP
it's not bad, i've seen much worse
a few tips: try coloring in one direction/more neatly and make the face a bit more in proportion.....like no nose right in the middle of the eyes lol
