you did a lovely job inking the hair however i'm not too fond of the rest of the drawing, perhaps if you'd put more detail in the face? also you should work on getting a consistent gradient, for example in her eyes where there are white patches that aren't coloured

- WOWZA!~ Is this marker? I don't understand how you people make the hair look so shiny I want hair like that! What paper is this on? It looks like a different paper.This is amazing and I love the red blood around her mouth.
