No, the proportions are -not- fine. Don't try to cover for yourself by saying that your OC just happens to have huge, freakish shoulders.
Not to mention the corset just looks awful...
All in all, the picture just isn't that good. How it managed to gain the spotlight is beyond me.

- the head is not small.... she just has wide shoulders, that all, and the proportions are just fine too and thats not a blause, is a coursette ^^
