This is for my mother's birthday, it's for a card. I tried to draw some kinda version of a pic in a book I found. Drew, outlined, scanned, coloured with graphics tablet. I like the hat. I'm only 14, and I've been drawing in the manga style for about 8 months. I'd REALLY appreciate tips on how to improve. Thank you.

My advice is to work on the facial features more. I focused on nothing but faces for almost two years, and once I got that down, everything else has been coming like a breeze. Seems it's easy once you get the hang of hands, feet, and faces. n.n - Report As Spam
