nice.
but the blue needs some more detail.
for example:
The dress at the breasts.
you should curve it if her breasts are sticking out that much.
The skirt could also use some detail.
One more thing about her.
the coat thing, yea, it goes past the bottom of the skirt on one side, but not the other. try to work on that.
otherwise, this is pretty good.
