Love the painting technique, colour palette and composition, but I think black is too aggressive for the painting and distract your attention. I know the real dress is black but a soft tone would be nice.
Left eye is a bit missplaced (it's too at the elft) and there is something that doesn't look right about the left shoulder, but it can be easily ignored because the piece is rendered and coloured beautifully.
