spacy, it's Japanese-style drawing, the eyes are SUPPOSED to be big.
Though he (she?) is right about the dress, it does look like she's anorexic.

little advice....renee.........the eyez r big.-_-n her head looks a little awkward-_- n i can't tell whether her chest is dat low or her the top of the dress was suposed 2 be puffy.-_- n lastly......*sigh dat was a lot of words*...the neck is kind of thick at the top.-_-
