So this is Lady Matsby.
She is the Ex Head Elf
Lobbeth [[the santa killer]] meets up with Matsby on her way to the North Pole.
Matsby and her Servant Gormy were banished form the North Pole for practicing forbidden magic and becoming to power hungrey
they too have a grduge against Santa
