Description:
Krishna is best known as a Butter Thief, where many stories of Him are with Him stealing butter from His Mother, Yashoda, and from the Gopis (women) that resided in the village. Him and His Brother, Balarama, would find the butter, steal it, and share it with the animals when they had their fill. In one story, Mother Yashoda caught baby Krishna stealing the butter, and tied Him to a pole to keep Him from stealing more.
