- the boobs are out fo place, the chin is way too big and the outline itself is too squiggly and thin in my taste, but good effort!

it's not bad, i'll say that. the head is a bit too big, unless that's part of your style.
don't pay attention to lil fr3sh boi 007, who obviously has a big head. XD But take some time, develop your style, and you'll get better!
