- Hakama(pants) aren't complete skirts, they're often split, making it into pants. I think full skirt ones are formal.

- You messed up with some of the shading, where the light is hitting, is obviously coming from the north west, correct? One of the arm's shading is saying the light is actually coming from the opposite direction. Also, skin has about 3 shades of color, not just one, it's more complex than that. You also made the abs way too low, make sure you draw the body first before actually putting clothes over it.
