This is Iaceo(Yah-say-o), Latin for 'to lie'.
Iaceo is a tricky fellow. He could either tell you all the truth you need to hear or lead you in the opposite direction. He's an oracle of sorts, and has the ability for short precognition.
I wanted to show how his skin is kinda loose, most on the tail. The first thing that came to mind while I was drawing that, was him saying: "if you skinned me up, you could make a mean pair of leather pants. for about 7 people." - Date: 12/15/2008
