You got some budding talent here! don't be afraid to practise with lines and shading. I myself have an issue with shading, but I can tell you simple lines can make the difference in a picture!

- : i wouldnt draw the eye thats UNDER the hair and if thats a face veil thats cool but if its a scarf...id work on folds around shoulders and the mouth/neck shouldn't be there but you said shading was gone from scanner i hate it when it does that
