yes, its a new feature. neopets now have Wearable items. you need real money to buy them though, neocash cards, kinda like our gaia cash. i actually havent bought any cloths for him, since i'm poor. i just sort of made an outfit up for him. made it up.
if you read the comics though, its amazing how neopets could be distorted. i love the flexibility of it all. - Report As Spam
