To oppose the other people on this list, I'm gonna say I don't like it!
The tail is too high and doesn't fan out like your avatar's does, and your dress is too flat, it should flow more. You could have gone without the earphone showing on the right side of the face.And this is supposed to be chibi right? That would explain the big head.

- Aww, I think she's cute and I really like the way you do hair! Chin up, I think your art is good and besides you color your images better than I do, lol. As for the hands, just practice and make 'em bigger (other than that I don't really see anything wrong, it's just stylized)
