Good coloring.
I have some critique: The proportions are a little off. The finger catching the snow flake seems... oddly shaped. The lamp post in the background isn't symmetrical, I don't know if it was supposed to be, but if I were to take a guess it was supposed to be. And the lines could be straighter.
But I'm just being picky... Overall this is a great picture.
The little girl is adorable.
