If the head is tilted/ w/e then you would adjust the lines so they wud suit the head - Report As Spam

Great Job.Though, His ear is too high.If you drew a horizontal line from the top of his eye, the top of the ear should only come up a little beyond that.Also, if you drew a line from the very bottom of his nose across the bottom of the ear should come just slightly below that line.
The side where his hair is covering up his eye, his head should come out more. (people sometimes forget that there should be space where the head actually is & wear the hair is)When I was talking about the line - Report As Spam
