A character of mine dressed up for Halloween XD! Its not technically done but...the deadline I gave myself is here (Halloween) and...;-; my tablet died before I could really polish it up. So now I'm calling it done until I can fix my tablet or get a new one. For a "WIP" I don't think it looks terribly bad.
