She's a character from a story that me and my friends wrote.
The ISIS agents call her "Boss." She likes to torture people with OGLING EYES, Gambling & Drinking and is hematophobic. Her goal is to win a BAZILLION dollars, to be able to glare at people until they drop dead.
I didn't like how I did the hair though.
