His eyes and head are too big, his shoulders are too narrow, his hands are too small, his arms are too short....
And put some emotion into his eyes. He looks like he's on crack.
It shows effort, but I think an anatomy class would do you good. It would help you with foreshortening and proportioning.
Tip: Doodle-a-day will help sharpen and clean your skills. If you just fill up a paper with random doodles (like practice or fun stuff or whatever) then you'll get better and better. - Report As Spam
