If you haven't figured it out, these characters are Tsunayoshi and Enma from Katekyou Hitman Reborn.
This is not a gay pic unless you REALLY squint. As I have explained to numerous people, I imagined the situation to be something innocent, like, after Enma gets soaked in the river, he stays the night at Tsuna's house (who walks around town in naught but their skivvies?) and accidentally confuses Tsuna with a his favourite teddy bear in the night.
