This is Giro. He's an RP character I drew up [the lines could be alot cleaner, I didn't intend to put nearly as much work into it as I did]. The.. swirly dotty thing next to his eye is a tattoo. It looks that way for a reason. xD
Uhm, yep.. that's.. really just about it, done in Paint Tools SAI with a bamboo fun, took about 6 hours e_x Mostly the coloring and shading though.. :'D - Date: 05/29/2011
