Lady Fire from the book Fire. Fire is described as a hauntingly beautiful monster (She is an ACTUAL monster) Who has psychic powers. She is taken to the capitol city to help the king. She constantly dresses formally in the palace. Her most notable feature is her hair, which is bright red like fire. This is also the source of her name.
This is a BOOK character (No movie/show/whatever), so I was having conflicts on which arena to put it in, and there is no ref picture. I don't expect to win... - Date: 11/07/2010

My only critique is that, well you could make it a little more pleasing to the eye. Dunno, don't really like that dress is all. x___x
