- Description: This is my avatar for Sailor Neptune. I wish I had Biancamella for the Puff Sleeve Bolero and Angelic Lace for the bustier. If I had the urn thingy, I would use the mirror. I need Future Lady Soldier Gari for hair clips (I have a surprise) and Dark Lady Soldier Sake for the tiara, because I think it would be much better! I like my avatar the way it is right now. I hope that you do, too!

- UUhhh...Honorable Sailor Neptune, the name of the lady who did last-weeks Sailor Neptune submission, did much better. Very sorry to say it, I obviously love Sailor Moon, but it's true.
