Koume is a fictional character appearing in both Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. In OoT she is generally known as a witch who uses the power of ice. Along with her sister, Kotake, she is the Spirit Temple Boss. In MM she's a potion shop owner, and not so villainous.
