• [Bye bye Mother]
The annoying sound of buzzing could be heard through the small hall as I stare tentatively at my older sister. Her eyes were swollen from crying, making them puff out just a bit with a slightest pink seeping into the whiteness of her eyes. It was very heard for both of us.

If I could just muster the strength, I could and possibly comfort her with what little warmth that radiated from my body, but It would just probably cause her to break down to nothing. The after shocks were slowly fading from my nerves, but the never-ending chills didn't brother leaving my spin.
The buzzing was getting even more annoying and god help me, I might just break down like my sister, but I couldn't or shall I say, wouldnt. Out of all the family, I was the most calm. Papa paced along the sterile tile while bypassing women in white uniforms, all in a frenzy.

I glanced to the left, seeing other workers walking around like chickens with their heads cut off. This place wouldnt help, at lest not in such unorganized way. Men rushed to the left, while women rushed with carts with awful sounding people that were strap downed within them.
I remembered Mama made the same noises when we suddenly crashed through the doors, her pale lips moving but no words could be heard as she groaned with animalistic sounds I never heard before.
    Why were we here anyways?

A flash ran through my head, seeing what happen before we came to this clean, strange place.

Mother was cooking, humming along to one of her favorite song. Once in awhile she be in a fits of coughs and had to rest, her skin turning extremely pale, almost choke white when she sat along the couch. Papa tried to give her some thing called "Pills" but she refused and asked me to give her a cup of water. When I almost reached her, I say her body go ridged for a second before she practically doubled over, coughing a nasty, throaty cough. Next thing I recalled was the sight of blood seeping through lips, papa's frighten gaze, Alices cry, and then the movement of the car in motion.

I shook my head, kicking the air in a slow, irritated fashion while grumbling in displeasure. I earned a unsteady glare from my sister and papa before she broke down into whimpers as father consoled her again. This had the sixteenth time this happened! How long must an six year old need to endure before throwing a tempera tantrum?!

Suddenly, the door was pushed open, revealing a solemn faced man with lard spectacles that shown weary eyes and a shiny, and baldhead. My eyes scanned over him, confused to why he seemed so glum. I even asked "Mister, Why are you so upset about? It's such a pretty day outside." I smiled, but his features never faltered.

Instead, he looked down upon me with sympathetic eyes before facing papa, whom tired his best not seem angered by my statement. What? Is was a pretty day outside. In fact, it was such a nice day that maybe mama could take my older sister and I to the park for a picnic. Speaking in which, were was mama?

My eyes wondered around, looking for mama. She was such a pretty lady for her age, surly no one could miss such a pretty lady right?

"Sir, wheres my mama?" I finally deiced to ask, looking up to the tall man. Silence was all around when my family and the man gazed down upon me, their eyes saying something I didnt know.
Was I missing something? Why was everyone being so quite? Maybe they were saving a surprise perhaps? Maybe mothers going to come around the corner and yell "Surprise."
Yet, as the silence grew, my hopes were slowly fading, my perplexed state was starting to turn to worry.

"Wheres mama?" I repeated, they could hear the desperation starting to creep into my voice. My body began to quiver, fear rearing it's ugly head in my mind.

Swollen eyes directed their attention to me, realizing my change in tone. I met their gaze, but my sister turned before sobbing again.

"Doctor, is there anything you could do?" Papa pleaded, his usually strong, willed gaze was on the verge of tears, just like my sister. I crooked my head to the side, bewildered by this.

"I'm afraid to say we already have done all we could to save her." He reported grimily, his hands folded behind his back.

"Save who? Mamas ok right?" My words were a mere whisper, they went unheard by the grownups.

"You've done everything?" My sister asked like papa had, her words more unsteady and shaky.

"We have miss." The Doctor named white answered again, continuing on with a downcast gaze.

"Internal bleeding as you understand, is a silent, and deadly killer. If you had made her come earlier when she first stated showing the signs, we could have given her the right medical attention. But now..now it's to late." The doctor said through sadness. His head bowed lightly as he walked away from us, letting everyone hear my sisters and papas words and screams.

"No!no!no!" I heard my sister repeat as hysteria seeped into her voice. Her body began to shake with uncontrolable shivers while papa's hands flew around Alicia.

"Silvia Please..Oh god my Silvia!" Silvia was mama's name. Papa never shouted her real name unless he was furious with her. Right now though, he was crying, his hands holding Alicia tightly, securely. Like he was afraid to loss her. His words were full of not anger, but with grief and sorrow.

I didnt understand, not until the words gradually began to processes.
Breathing became harder for me, hearing the words repeat from my family. My family of three. Words began processing through my system, hitting me hard when they passed my thoughts. My body shuddered, sending bitter jolts of pain within me. I could feel my eyes closing, not wanting see anyone, or anything. It hurt too much, and scared me too much.

The last thing I remember was my sisters cries, and my papa's reiterating words.

I want everything to end in a black sheet of nothingness, and only nothingness.

Thanks for reading! shall I post the second chapter or not? ;]
