Seo sighed. He sat down on the bench outside of his high school, Jeminite Tech. Seo stood up and brushed his hand through his hair to spike it up again. Seo groaned inwardly. "I'll have to dye it some more tonight..." he thought. Seo was 16, and he was about 6' 5" with naturally blond hair that stayed flat. He hated it. Seo usually dyed his hair black and spiked it up. It made people notice him, and he liked it. Seo pulled on his red hoodie over his white sleeveless shirt. and started walking. His Nike's hit the ground with a thud in the shocking silence that comes after school in Rhode Island. His left sleeve pulled back when he reached up to spike his hair some more. Seo shook it down, but not before sneaking a glance at the bracelet. Seo had one thing that he always wore. It was a simple bracelet. It was made of metal, with an indent in the center, and fit around his wrist without covering anything else up. It was the only thing his father had left before he left Seo and his mother for some blond skank. "Maybe thats why I hate my hair." Seo thought with a grim smile. Seo unlocked the door to his house and walked in. As usual, Seo's mother was passed out on the couch. "....Useless..." Seo muttered. Seo walked into his bedroom after grabbing a package of Cheeze-Its from the kitchen. Seo soon fell asleep.
Seo jolted up in his bed. He put his hand to his forehead. He felt sweat, but his head was cold. "Oh, right, the bracelet..." he thought. Seo used his other hand to wipe the sweat from his face. He turned on the TV and tried to remember the dream.
It had started dark. Seo had been standing in darkness. Suddenly light burst from his left hand. "I'm being electrocuted!!" Seo had screamed in terror. The light soon consumed his hand and moved upwards, consuming his arm. It had burned unbearably, but...at the same time it had felt....good... The light had moved more quickly then, consuming Seo's entire body in less than three seconds. A glowing blue circle had appeared below him. From the edges of the circle more light had shot up. It had all been pressing onto Seo, crushing him, burning him. Thats when he had woken up.
Seo took a deep breath and turned to look at the alarm clock, it read 6:50. "s**t," Seo yelled, "i'm gonna be late!!" Seo jumped up and quickly changed into a black hoodie with a white T-Shirt and his favorite pair of jeans. He burst out of his front door and started to sprint to the school. "If I come late again, I am SCREWED!" Seo thought as he ran. Seo paused to rest underneath a tall skyscraper. He leaned against the side of it and tried desperately to catch his breath.
Pain. For the next second all Seo felt was pain. Something had been thrown at him. Something had been thrown, or maybe dropped, on him from above. As soon as the pain subsided Seo had the impulse to charge up the building and chase after the person. He stopped himself. "It will be impossible to track someone that I didn't even see....what did they drop anyway?" Seo thought. He turned around at where he had been sitting and saw a blue pebble. Seo picked it up in his right hand and held it up to the sun. It shone brightly. Seo sighed and tossed the stone into his left hand. He was about to start running again when he noticed something new. The bracelet had begun to glow...

- I agree with them, a first-person point of view would fit this story a bit better. Or maybe just use a "He" or "His" sometimes.
