• Chapter 1

    One bitter cold morning, Tsuki was helping out with the orphanage when a guard called out for her. "Tsuki one of our guards have been kidnapped!" the guard yelled.
    She ran over. "Which guard was taken?!" she asked.
    "One of the new recruits." he said.
    "Why do they always go after the new recruits?" she yelled in her head,"I want you to watch the village while I'm gone, alright?" she asked.
    "Yes ma'am." he bowed and ran back to his station.
    Tsuki ran out of the village. She was just about to ask one of the guards which way the kidnapper went, when fog started to fill the air. "What's going on?" she asked herself.
    "Tsuki up there!" one of the guards shouted and pointed to a shadow standing on a high rock. The shadow jumps down in front of Tsuki.
    "Hello.....Tsuki." the shadow said with a grin.
    "Who are you?" she asked angerly.
    "You don't remember me Tsuki?'' the shadow asked, "I'm Enmu Iki the guy you banished from the village." he said as he walked closer to her.
    She backs up. "What do you want?" she asked. He didn't answer. "Answer me!" she demanded.
    He stops in front of her. "Why should I answer a stupid question like that?" he asked.
    "I want to know, that's why!" she yelled in his face.
    He grabbed her throat and slammed her into the wall, making an indent in the wall. Her head started to bleed as he moved in front of her face.
    "Don't you ever yell at me again or I won't just slam you into a wall, I'll kill you!" he growled tightening his grip on her throat.
    "You wouldn't kill me." she choked out.
    "You don't believe me?" he asked.
    "Of course not." she replied.
    He lets go of her throat. She falls to the ground coughing roughly hacking up blood. "Your pathetic Tsuki." he said as he turned and walked back into the fog.
    "Your the pathetic one Enmu Iki!" she yelled into the fog.
    "If I were the pathetic one, then I think it would be me on the ground not you." he said.
    "Wrong." she stated, "You are the pathetic one, you don't even know how to help your sister, who's on the verge of dying." she said.
    "Don't bring my sister into this, Tsuki!" he yelled.
    She stands up; blood trickling from her mouth, as she walks into the fog. "Mi-lady, Wait!" one of the guards yelled at her.
    "Don't follow me!" she yelled. "Enmu, where are you!?" she yells. A shadow flashes in front of her; she takes a few steps back.
    "Are you scared Tsuki?" he asked.
    "I'm not afraid of someone like you, Enmu!" she yelled looking in different directions. He appears in front of her! She backs up, startled.
    "Are you sure?" he asked, moving towards her.
    "I'm sure." she said.
    "I don't think you are." he said. Still walking towards her.
    As she continues to back up, not noticing she's backing straight for a cliff. He flashes behind her. She stops dead in her tracks and turns around. "You seem to be scared Tsuki." he says.
    "I'm not scared!" she yelled.
    He begins to make a shield around them. She looks around for an escape, but there is none.
    "Don't even try escaping, Tsuki, I'm going to make sure you can't go anywhere." he walks closer to her.
    She backs up until she hits the end of the shield. "What are you going to do?" she asked angerly.
    "I'm going to kill you." he said. He pulled out his long silver blade, and stabs her in the stomach. She yelps; as he pulls the blade out and she falls to her knees. He pulls her back up, and stabs her several times in the stomach. She falls to the ground once more with a puddle of blood beneath her. He smirks and lets the shield fall. "How pathetic for you to fall at the hands of your own kind." he says, while he puts his blade away. "You are suppose to be our gods daughter not some pathetic demon who falls as easily as a human would." then he turned to walk away. She grabs his ankle and looks up at him. She tries to say, ".......I....am not......pathetic." she yanks at his ankle making him trip. She slowly gets up breathing heavily. "You shall be the one to die Enmu Iki." she said weakly. A beam of dark light forms in her hand, she aims it at him. She shoots the beam hitting him directly in heart. She forms another beam in her hand. "Good bye Enmu Iki." she releases the beam hitting the ground beside him. A long silence fills the air.
    "He,he,he,he! you missed." he said getting up. "We'll meet again." he poofed into air.
    She falls to her knees,"I can't believe I missed. How could I have missed?" she asked herself. She stands up and looks out into the distance. "You just wait Enmu Iki, I will kill you." she said, "One day you will fall!" She turns and walks back.
