• I sat outside alone, tears streaming down my cheeks. The lights from inside the palace streamed out and made the dark garden bright and full of beauty. The black curls that hung from my bun bounced as i wiped away the tears. I patted down my beautiful, black and red, Victorian princess like dress.
    I felt a hand get placed on my shoulder. I snapped my head up and say Neo. He had a face of pity and worry. I stood up and turn toward him. He cupped my face in his palm and wiped some tears away with his thumb.
    "What is wrong my princess?" He asked, his voice soaked in worry.
    I smiled at his comment.
    "You can tell me anything my love." He said as the worry left only a bit from his face.
    I opened my mouth, but no words came came out. I wanted so desperately to tell him everything. About me being bitten by a vampire, and how i now belonged to some one else. And how i loved him so much and i didnt care who said we couldn't be together, we could still find a way. But i couldn't. Some little voice said to shut up. And that little voice had complete control over me. So i just closed my mouth and looked down, ashamed.
    Neo put his finger under my chin so he could look in my eyes.
    "Its ok if you cant tell me, i still love you." He said with a loving smile.
    Tears welled up in my eyes. I ran into his arms and cried.
    "I love you.....so much." I said between sobs.
    He pushed me back and took my hand.
    He led me into the main room of the palace. We were alone, the party had ended about 2 hours ago. He nodded toward a butler and the lights went off. Only a few purple spotlights lit the room. He pulled me into his chest, and put his arm around my waist. I put my left hand on his shoulder and we interlinked out free hands together.
    "As do i love you, Arivara." He whispered.
    I smiled as my favorite song came on. The kill by 30 sec to mars. I shook my head at him as i smiled.
    "I new you would like it." He said
    "Like it? I love it!" I squealed.
    "What if i wanted to break,
    Laugh it all off in your face,
    Whaat would you do?    " He sang the song, making dramatic facial expressions making me smile.
    "What if i fell to the floor,
    couldnt take this anymore,
    what would you do, do, do?
    "Come break me down,
    bury me, bury me!
    I am finished with you!    "
    I threw my head back and started laughing. He smiled and started to chuckle himself.
    We danced a while then he took me outside and we watched the cars drive by on the freeways down the hill.
    "The lights are so pretty!" I squealed.
    "I Know! But the cars are so noisy." He sighed.
    I looked over at him and smiled. I leaned over and kissed his cheek. I then stood up and looked up at the large clock tower next to the highway.
    "Its getting late i have to go home, thank you for the lovely night Neo." I started to walk away but he caught my hand.
    I spun my head around, my curls bouncing like crazy.
    "Can I give the beautiful princess a kiss?" He said still sitting on the floor.
    "Of course." I said bowing lightly.
    I expected a quick peck, but when he stood up he wrapped his arm around my waist and pressed my lips to his. Naturally i didnt know what else to do but return the kiss. When we parted he smiled and let me go.
    "Good-bye me lady." He said bowing but never taking his eyes off of me.
    I smiled back and nodded y head slightly, then i spun around and walked back through the main room and walked through the big wooden doors that were the entrance to the palace. As i walked down the warble steps and then into my car i couldn't stop touching my lips, because i thought if i didnt the memory would leave me. I drove home, smiling the whole way there
