• Chapter 6

    Yuki and Kiba ran as fast as they could back to the pack. They woke up all the adults they could find, including Shadow, Axel, and Yuki's mother Sora.

    "Please we have to hurry," they told the adults.
    Shadow told the two pups to slow down, and start from the beginning. After Kiba told Shadow the whole story, they went to where Riku was, hoping that they were not to late.

    When they got to the humans' campsite, Riku was still there. The adult wolves got him out of the cage and freed the other wolves also.
    The next day, Shadow and Axel went back to the campsite to see if the humans were still there. Shadow said the humans were gone, and it was safe for the pups to go out of the adults' sight.
