• “Are dead…” Hira said solemnly, Katti held her breath.
Her heart stopped, and she felt heavy. “Just kidding!” Hira laughed, waving and running back down the road. “Oh yeah? Well you know what Hira?!” Katti screamed, stepping forward and giving the girl running down the road the finger.
“Jesus…” Katti sighed, slamming the door behind her.

Katti tapped her fingers impatiently on her History book, waiting for the lesson to start. Lallie sat down beside her, “Hiya, Katti!” she grinned. Katti gritted her teeth and managed to mumble, “Hello.”
Katti found Lallie incredibly annoying, but, unfortunately Lallie is incredibly popular. This made her even more annoying, with bizarre humor that always made Katti cringe. Obsessive over her, Lallie always seems to scream her name whenever she sees Katti. In this sort of annoying way, that makes you wonder whether shes being sarcastic or simply loves Katti.
“Uh, Katti!” Lallie exclaimed, as a teacher would if she just saw you do something your not meant to. She started to put the pencils that was messily spread across Katti’s desk, neatly into Katti’s pencil case. “Uh,why do you do that, Lallie? I’m capable of doing that myself.” Katti sniffed, acting high and mighty. “Uh, no your not,” Lallie said simply, and laughed this annoying laugh that made everyone else turn around and laugh with her. Like robots, everyone follows Lallie. Incredibly talented, Lallie has gained everyone’s favour with her intelligence, humour, and athletic ability. Now she controls them.
Katti refuses to be one of those robots.

30 minutes into the lesson, Lallie is driving Katti mad. Even her closest friends, like Sandeep are laughing with her.
Annoyed, Katti shuts out the world, and concentrates on her work.
“Katti, Katti!” The teacher shouts, she snaps back to reality. There is a second of complete silence, Lallie nudges Katti, “1985,” She whispers into Katti’s ear.
“1985,” Katti repeats out loud, the teacher sniffs, almost looking like she wanted to tell Katti off for day-dreaming.
‘Maybe shutting out the world is not such a good idea,’ Katti thought, she turned to Lallie, who is grinning at her widely. Annoying.
Practically on fire, Katti almost chucks her stapler into the girl's face.
Her body heats up, the sheets of work smoulder against her fingertips.
There was a rumble, a sudden burst of flames smash through the windows,
the shards of glass speeding toward Lallie.
