There he is, Donnie, the boy whom I've admired and even loved from afar since fifth grade. Now he's walking towards me, not to confront me because I said some rude remark just to get his attention, but because he is my boyfriend. My oh so sweet boyfriend. "Hi, guys... Hey Christofer." He smiles and I swear my heart melts as I smile back and say "Hey, boyfriend." He blushes lightly and looks at his friends shyly. "Heheh. Yeah. I forgot to call you guys and tell you the good news." He looks at me. "Me and Christofer are going out now." Now he's smiling broadly at me. I walk over to him and rest my arm on his shoulders then I give him a peck on the cheek. He blushes again. When he blushes he looks so vulnorable and sweet, similar to a small child.
"I ******** knew it! I told you it would happen! I'm so proud of you, Donnie." Alexander laughs and hugs Donnie quickly. "Whatever, man." he retorts almost pathetically. "I think it's kinda cute." Krispy states. He hadn't talked since I had joined them so when he spoke I had to look down and see him smiling up at me. "Uhh... Thanks." I mutter, brushing my bangs out of my eyes but resulting in nothing because they just fell over my eyes again. "So when and how did it happen? We want details." Alex winks. "Should I tell them, or do you want to?" Donnie asks shyly. "Why don't you tell them?" I give his shoulders a squeeze and he leans his head on my shoulder for a moment. The moment only lasted a few seconds but to me it felt like an eternity. I sigh breathing in his wonderful scent.
"Well, we went to Chris's to play some video games but then for some reason I found I didn't want to play, instead I wanted to do something else and aparently so did Chris." He gives my lips a quick peck before continueing. "And well we kissed and apperently I taste like Skittles and he tastes like Jolly Ranchers. After we were done he asked if I wanted to go out and I said yeah, so here we are." he smiles, kindly leaving out the fact that we had fallen on the bed and the whole tongue in mouth part. For some odd reason he giggles and kisses my neck weakly so I kiss his in the same fashion, with the same, if not more lust. "Umm... Do you lovers mind doing that somewhere other than right in front of us?" Krispy asks. "Or in a room." Alex adds after my hands fall to Donnie's waist and my thumbs slip into his belt loops and my lips to his collarbone. "Feh. You two are just jelous that my boyfriend's ******** sexy." I say but do stop attempting to taste Donnie. He blushes and mutters "I really wish they would stop being so embarrassing." I laugh and decide to hold Donnie's hand instead. "Don't worry, you're still so damn sexy it hurts." I whisper in his ear and let my breath linger just for a moment before the bell rings. He shiveres
Alex and Krispy walk away immersed in a heated debate on which actress in hotter. "I don't want to go to class." Donnie mutters. "Why is that?" I ask. "'Cause that means I'll be away from you." He blushes slightly after admitting this childish reason. I laugh and back him up against the tree that we were standing under. "Then let me give some of me to take with you." I say flirtatiously. There is an excitement in his eyes that tell me he is enjoying this very much. "Then give it to me already." he says, a smirk on his face. "As you wish." My lips come crushing down on his and he is quite prepared. His hands move to my hair and hold me down to him, in order to lengthen and deepen the kiss. Then I pull away and he pouts. "None of that." I say putting my index finger to his lips. I then pull off the peace sign necklace I always wear and put it around him. "Why don't you wear that for a while?" I begin to lead him to the school.
I drop him off at his locker with a kiss on the head and I walk away smiling. Who would have thought despite what I am I would have the perfect relationship with the boy of my dreams? I sigh as I slowly drift to my next class, which would be math with Mr. Reyes. I didn't really like the class because it was seperated into cliques such as the preppy girls, the sluts and the jocks. I don't really belong to any of those and I don't intend to ever join them so I sit in the back of the class like the supposed emo kid. Not that it matters because for the most part they tend to leave me alone.
Mr. Reyes starts talking and I begin thinking about how much has changes since yesterday. Gabriel was pretty pissed after I got home from dropping Donnie off at his house. I suppose he had reason to be. I mean I am a vampire and Donnie is human and there is the possibility that something bad could happen. No matter how much I tried to convince him that I would never hurt Donnie, Gabriel still didn't believe me. At least he had managed to get some blood because after my make out session with Donnie the thirst was almost unbearable but it was all worth it to finally be in a relationship with him. I sigh and manage to catch the whole classroom's attention.
"Christofer. What is the answer to this equation?" The teacher smacks the chalkboard impatiently. I do a quick take of what is written and answer in a bored fashion "The answer is sixty-two." "Correct." he says surprised. I roll my eyes and stare out the window, without bothering to care that everyone's eyes are still upon me.
A good half hour passes and I am still staring out the same stupid window. "Christofer Drew, I would very much appreciate it if you were to pay attention in this class." I raise an eyebrow and ask "Would you now?" "Are you talking back to me?" "Make of it what you wish but I assure you, it was not intended to do so." I am now staring apathetically at the ignorant mortal before me. Mr. Reyes is obviously angery with me but I can't help but wish to edge him on further, just to see what he'd do. "Besides, I already know this corse perfectly well, so why should I be forced to stay with these idiots and learn it all in a form that is far too easy even for a small child? After all more than half of these people are probably going to drop out before the end of the year." I sigh to show that I really don't care that I am getting glares from everywhere in the room. "That's it! I'm sick of putting up with your bull s**t, Drew. Go to the office and let them deal with you." Mr. Reyes shouts angrily.
I smirk and oblige after muttering under my breathe "At least I can get out of this class." "Go now!" Mr. Reyes shouts at me. I merely walk out and go to the office slowly, or at least that's what it feels like to me.
"Oh, hey, Chris." Donnie say, surprised to see me coming to the principal's office. "Hey, Donnie. I didn't know you worked here." I say casually. His cheeks turn slightly pink as he runs a hand through his hair. "Heh. Yeah, well I kind of have to come here, y'know, to earn some community service hours for NHS." "Oh. That's cool." I say, smiling. "Not really. Why are ya here?" he asks as he sorts through some papers that were set in front of him. "Got sent here by Mr. Reyes for mouthing off." I shrug. "Oh, him...? I hate him. Everytime I try to ask something he just brushes me off. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone fails the end of coarse exam." He looks up smilig at me and I smile back as I lean on the counter that separates him from me. "Maybe I could tutor you some time." "Thanks"
I chuckle at the irony of the wall considering Donnie really should stay separated from me. "What are you laughing at?" he asks, still looking up from the papers he was supposeed to be filing. "Oh... umm.... it's nothing." He gives me a questioning look and opens his mouth to speak but is cut off from a woman's voice calling my name rather harshly. I shudder at bit. Mrs. Mayson was the most strict I knew. She thinks that if she bends down to the child's level for like half a second she already knows them, not to mention she gives the most unjust punishments ever give. It's a wonder how she managed to secure a man; or maybe that man is cheating on her with another woman... or man. I snicker but compose myself upon entering her office.
"Mr. Drew." she sneers and I just want to punch her in the face. "Yes?" I ask even though I don't have to but I know it'll annoy her. "This is the third time you are sent here this year by the same teacher and have been sent countless times by your other teachers." she continues. "That's not true. I havn't been sent by my art or guitar teacher." I point out. Of coarse I'm never sent by those teachers, they love me and I really enjoy their classes so I actually bother to pay attention and not cause trouble. "Either way, you need to get your act together. In two years you are going to start college and I assure you that no college will accept behavior like this." She pushes her glasses closer to her mouse-like eyes. I glare at her and say with as much smite as I can "That maybe so but I do not plan on attending college to work as some dead end person with no real reason to live other than for their job." With that said I walk out of the office, leaving Mrs. Mayson stuned.
"Hey, what's up?" Donnie greets me with his messenger bag slung over his body. I smile and put my arm around him and lead him out of the too small main office and outside into the courtyard. "So what happened with you and Mrs. Mayson?" he asks curiously. "I saw her looking kind of stuned and pissed at the same time when you closed the door." he continues as if he just confessed that he had feelings for another guy. I walk until we are under the shade of a tree and stop and to him in the eyes before planting a small kiss on his lips. He tries to make it last longer but I stop him and remind him that people would probably notice if two boys were rolling on the floor kissing. He smiles and nods, still expecting an answer. "She started lecturing me about my behavior and how it won't be tolorated in college and I told her that I wasn't planning to go to college and then I just walked out on her, so that's probably why she seemed pissed." I tell him. He stares at me and asks "You're not going to college?" I shake my head in reply. "I was hoping we could go together." he hangs his head. I put a finger under his chin and say calmly "That doesn't mean I won't always be around for you." His eyes sparkle and he throws his arms around my neck and begins to kiss me deeply, his tongue asking for permission that I grant eagerly. He seems incredibly content and so do I. That is until I feel my fangs lengthen just a bit. I pull away swiftly before he makes contact with them.
Donnie looks down as if ashamed and asks "Did I d-do something wrong?" I smile gently and kiss his forhead. "You did nothhing wrong, Love." I murmur against his smooth skin. "Then why did you pull away?" "No reason in particular..." "Umm.... I gotta go to class. See ya around Chris." Before I can stop him, he is aready on the steps of the school. I sigh. Could I do nothing right? He's probably going to break up with me tommorrow or something.
I turn around and begin walking home as I wipe a stray tear from my cheek...
