“ Thank you for your opinion Suzuki, I will keep in mind from now on. You are right as to wanting to have freedom in the mornings. However, I expect you to be a little more controlled for the other teachers will start to complain because you guys are too noisy in the mornings,” said Mrs. Kuskabe. “Oh well. This situation is already solved so lets go on to another subject at hand. Field trips. Our class has been in first place in the exams for at least 2 times and I think that our class should be rewarded with a field trip. But the thing is that the school doesn’t have enough money to provide a bus for us to go somewhere like Okinawa or Osaka. I wasn’t going to quit so I told the school board that if we were to somehow provide enough money so that we can go to any of those places and stay in a hotel for 3 nights, we could go. So, if you guys want to go anywhere outside of Tokyo and stay there for 3 nights and 4 days, you guys will have to raise some money. Do you want to do that or not? Also, I am planning to find a nice hotel that has some steaming hot spas and that’s close to the beach, but that means that you will have to come up with some more money than planned, okay?” After her very long and tiring speech, she looked eagerly at the students and every single one of their faces gleamed with delight with the exception of Mitsuki. Mitsuki didn’t give off a face that said that she wanted to do this or a face that said that she didn’t want to do this. Keitarou on the other hand had a face that said “Yes! Now is the time for me to do what I was born to do! Show off in front of other people!
One by one, the students raised their hands to give some ideas as to how they can make enough money. If they were to go to a nice hotel near the beach with a hot springs, they would need at least 600,000 yen total, including the bus trip and food. One student with suggested that they should do a car wash and another suggested that they open up a café in the school and earn some money that way. They soon decided that they should have a plan a fashion show for the other classes. They decided this because they figured a lot of the school will come because of Mitsuki and Keitarou, for they are the school idols and almost everyone has a crush on them.
“Very well. We are going to have a fashion show and I will let you know when it is after I have a talk with the principal to let him know. Now, we have to figure out the price of the admission tickets, which can’t be too expensive and can’t be too cheap,” said Mrs. Kuskabe.
“Sensei, I have a number in mind that should be just right,” said Asamoto, “ I think that we should make it about 1,000 yen since there’s more then 950 students in the school and if about 80% of them comes, then we have more than enough money and we can use that excess money for food or something.”
The other students just stared at Asamoto in wonder. How could a kid think of something this easily and this quickly? But then again, Asamoto is one of the top ten in the school, so this shouldn’t be a problem.
Suddenly, the fire alarm blared, scaring everyone out of their wits. Please evacuate immediately. This is not a fire drill. I repeat please evacuate immediately. This is not a fire drill the overhead speaker said. Every single one of the students evacuated frantically. As they evacuated, the ceiling just seemed to crumble down upon them, but they all made it out into fresh air, all with the exception of Mitsuki and Keitarou, who had been knocked out. The firemen found them and took them to the hospital to which Mitsuki’s father worked in, the Daidoji hospital, and took them to the emergency room. At the same time, both Mitsuki and Keitarou were in a deep coma and on the way to something that will change their lives together.
“Mwahahahaha! Yes! Die! Die and taste my revenge that I have had for you for over 1,000 years!! “ cackled an evil voice.
Mitsuki opened her eyes and saw what appeared to e a man looking for some bad blood, and he looked all evil and malicious Suddenly, he disappeared. She then saw Keitarou, next to her. “Where is this place?” she asked, but it seemed that both of them had no idea as to where they were.
The place was covered in white light, and it seemed to be very calm and relaxing. They walked around for a bit, and then they saw the Great Enlightened One, the Buddha meditating under the bhodi tree. He had an aura so great, it nearly blinded them.
