• Saya grabbed Jake and threw him in the closet. She shut the door just as her foster parents walked in. " Hello Saya." Said her foster dad as he and her foster mother walked in the door. " Hey." She said and gave a little wave as they walked by her. As she followed them she passed the closet door and wispered, " Get out of here as soon as their away from the door." She followed them into the kitchen. With her expert hearing she could here the closet door open and the outside door open and close. Saya sighed quietly.
    After her foster parents had gone off to bed, Saya thought it would be smart to do the same. She walked in her room and was surprised to see Jake sitting on her bed. " What the hell are you doing in my room?!" She asked angerly. He stared up at her in surprise. " I was waiting for you. I wanted to talk." He said. She stormed over to him and stood in front of him. " Did we have to talk in my bedroom?" She asked. Jake smiled. " No, but I wanted to let you know that I wanted to talk. We could go someplace else." He said, looking to the window. But Saya shook her head. " I'm already tired enough. Let's just talk here and get it over with." She said sitting down on her bed next to him. " Ok." He said smiling. " All I really wanted to know was why you hated me when you met me in that clearing. We had just met." He said, staring into her eyes. " I just hate vampires after they killed my only real family. My pack." She said, looking at the ground. " Like I said back in the clearing, I'm sorry. But you didn't have to hate me." He said. Saya looked up at him and sighed. " Your right and I'm sorry for that. I just don't feel I can trust anyone anymore." She said. " Well you can trust me. I'll be you friend, if you want me to." He said, giving her a big smile. Saya was a little shocked by his statement, but was happy too. " Ok. We'll be friends." She said, smiling. And then she yawned. Jake laughed. " I'm going to let you get some sleep. How about I talk to you later." He said. Saya nodded and Jake jumped out the window into the night. Saya layed down in her bed and fell asleep with a grin on her face.
