    Special Ep 1: love at 1st sight

    Flashback – 2 years ago

    (Knights and his parents are walking through a beautiful meadow; the sky’s a radiant light blue and the calm breeze blows through their hair; All three of them happy and laughing, like they haven’t a care in the world; Serena,Knights’ mom, sat under a sakura tree, gently petting a rabbit when Reyugii, her husband, walks up to her with his hands behind his back, grinning ear to ear.)

    Reyugii: For you! *hands her a giant sunflower*

    Serena: Oh Reyugii! It’s beautiful, you’re so sweet…*leans to kiss him*

    (All of a sudden, Knights pops up between them, his hand full of carnations.)

    Knights: For you! *grins*

    Serena:*gasps happily* Carnations! My favorite! Thank you, my little prince. *kisses his cheek*

    Knights: Cmon guys, let’s go swimmin in the river! *starts running toward the river*

    Reyugii: Slow down Knights, don’t go too far! *starts walking toward river with Serena by his side*

    (All of a sudden, an evil aura spread throughout the meadow and Knights stops in his tracks; Dark clouds gather and a firece wind blew; Thunder strikes at Knights’ feet and the force knocks him backward; When Knights sits up, there stood a giant, dark figure looking down at him with cold, cruel eyes; Knights stood there staring, frozen with fear; The monster raised its arm above his head.)

    Serena: NOOO! *pushes Knights out of the way*

    (The monster smacks Serena across the grass; She laid there motionless.)

    Reyugii: Serena!! *runs over to her; turns to Knights* Knights run!!

    (Knights comes back to reality and starts running frantically; He trips and falls, then turns his head back; He saw the monster appear infront of his mother and father; It lifts it arm above their heads and slams it on top of them.)

    Knights:*gets up panicked* MOM! DAD!...*realizes it was just a nightmare and sighs* It was just a dream…*He tosses his covers off and sits on the side of his bed; runs his fingers through his hair*~ A very weird dream…~

    (He gets up and takes a shower, staring blankly into space; He hops out and walks through the long hallways of his house; He’s only been on his own for a day but isn’t bothered at all by his new home…It seems like paradise to him, emotionless and dead…just like his heart;Knights gets dressed for school and grabs his bookbag; he notices a slip of paper on the counter, picks it up and walks out the door.)

    Knights:*looks at the paper* What the hell is this?~why are human maps so confusing?!...huh?~*notices a card under the paper*

    (He reads it and grew very angry; He balls his fist and crumbles the card.)

    Knights:~…What the f@#k is wrong with them?! After all the damage they caused, they still want me to work for them?!...~

    (He looks up and sees a little boy and girl sitting on top of their father’s shoulders with their mother not far behind smiling; Old memories of his parents suddenly popped into Knights’ head; He shook his head and fought back the tears as he walked pass them.)

    Knights:*struggling* ~Ugh! I-I can’t breathe!~

    (He runs as fast as he could and didn’t dare to look back; Knights finally reaches the school gate and catches his breath.)

    Knights:*grabs the gate* huff huff ~No… I gotta keep it together…~

    (He looks up at the school then notices a young couple sitting on a bench.)

    Girl:*crying miserably* I can’t believe it…it happened so suddenly…My father! *burst out crying in her boyfriend’s arms*

    Boy:*hugs her tightly* I’m sorry Ciara…I know it’s going to be difficult but you’re gonna get through this…

    Ciara: But I can’t, not without my father!

    Boy:*looks into her eyes; serious* You can and you will! *smiles gently and wipes to tears from her eyes* For your family and for your dad…I’ll stay by you as long as you need me, I promise…

    Ciara:*crying* Oh Kane…

    (They share a passionate kiss; Knights’ heart filled with grief; He chest throbs with pain and he collapses.)

    Knights:huff huff ~ I can’t control it anymore!... I gotta get away… I gotta get away!...~

    (Knights runs the opposite way from school until he couldn’t run anymore; He stops in the middle of the street and drops to his knees.)

    Knights:*crys uncontrollably* DAMNIT! ~I-I can’t give up…I have to keep on living…~*struggles to get up* ~ But it’s hard…so goddamn hard!...please…someone help me…~
