Chapter One
The dream started off in a meadow near a moon lit ocean. The water was sparkling like diamonds in the light. When I suddenly turned around, facing the dark, there was a black shadow in the forest. He was tall and he was staring straight at me. I looked up at him, he had glistening eyes that look like the moon. My heart suddenly stopped.
"Don't be afraid my love," it seemed like he could of heard my heart from a mile away. He was calm and still in one second, the next he was walking towards me. He had no shirt, his bare chest was glowing crystal clear.
He was in front of me in a second. His hand was slowly reaching up to my face. He moved his face closer to mine. He tilted his head so he can kiss me. When his lips touched mines gently, I was thinking,' Why is he doing this? Why didn't I push him away?' He kissed me softly, but passionate. I wanted him to stop kissing me, but I couldn't resist him. He was just so perfect. He suddenly grabbed my wrist too tight, I stopped kissing him and looked at his eyes, they were black as stone. I tried to get out of his hold, but his hold was too strong. I screamed.
I woke up in my bed. My sister has grabbed my hand while I was sleeping. I was wondering why I had that dream again, when suddenly she interrupted my train of thought.
"I need to talk to you. It's sort of important."
"What do you want Andrea? Let go of my hand and than tell me." I said that as calm as I can. She was staring at me with eyes like a demon. I always thought she was one. She was as evil as Satan. She seemed mad and scared a bit, but I know she's here to take my stuff.
"I just wanted to talk to you about you new school, Summer. I know it's your second new school and I know your going to make a lot of new friends. I...I...I don't want you getting a boyfriend, okay. I know your old enough to take care of yourself, but as an older sister, I want you to be safe."
"For crying out loud, I'm 18, your 19 and you have a boyfriend." I know she's trying to protect me, but I'm not going to get a boyfriend, but when will she ever trust me? She always act so over protective over me.
"I know your old enough, but you know I only want to protect you. It's just that, I don't want you to get hurt. Do you understand?"
"Okay, I promise I won't get a boyfriend until I'm 19 like you. That better and I'm not even planning to get one anyways." Now she seems to relax a little, but I'm guessing that she still doesn't trust me. She pulled me up and hugged me.
"Now can I go back to sleep. I'm tired and I have to go to a new school tomorrow." She know how I feel about going to new places and meeting new people, but she just smiled and said," Have fun tomorrow." She left my room and I laid back down. I was thinking why did I have that dream for three times, well I was too tired to think, time to go to bed and dream away.
It's morning, the sky was cloudy, and I had to get to school. I was eaten my breakfast when I had a flashback of my dream yesterday. I was shocked how often that happen to me. When I was finished my breakfast, I grabbed a red spaghetti strap shirt and a black skinny jean. I grabbed a sweater and the car keys. I rushed out the door, into the car and started heading for school. When I got there, everyone was staring at me, one boy stood out from the rest. He was tall and hansome. He had brown eyes and brown hair. It was spiked up. When he saw me stare at him, he smiled back and nodded his head. I tried to smile back, but I failed He started to laugh a bit. I turned around facing my car so I can lock my door. When I turned around, he was there and I dropped my keys. he bend over to pick it up for me. He gently dropped them in my hands.
"Thank you." I said to him. He smiled at me again.
"I didn't quite get your name. My name is Kellen. You must be new." He said to me with a calm and gentle voice.
"My... my name is Summer, Summer Cartlin." I intend to hesitate when I'm talking to a cute guy. He was really nice and really cute.
"Would you like me to show you around the school campus?" I couldn't resist his smile. He so beautiful to human eyes. He could be and angel from heaven. Just perfect.
"Sorry, but no thanks."
"It's okay. Maybe I'll see you at lunch. Bye Summer." He said as he walked away.
"Good bye Kellen!" I yelled after him. I can't help but turn to glance at him. As I was walking, I accidentally bumped into someone.
"Sorry.I wasn't looking where I was going." I apologized to her.
"No, it's my fault. You must be new around here. My name is Samantha Brians." She said calmly and welcomely.
"My name is Summer Cartlin. " I thought she was a nice girl. She was the first girl to introduce herself.
"What class are you in first?" As she was talking, I noticed Kellen was smiling and looking straight at me. I smiled back at him. I snapped out of my fantasies about Kellen when he turned away from me.
"Pardon? I didn't quit get that." I said with an apologetic face.
"Oh. I was just asking which class you were in first." She answered with a smile.
"I think I'm going to history first. Um...where is it? I don't memorize the buildings." I giggle at my response. It was sort of embarrassing but I was okay.
"Oh. We're going to the same first class together. It's in building 4." She said this with shock and excitement. As she was jumping up and down with excitement, a shinny black motorcycle was driven into the lot. He took off his helmet, he had light brown hair and black eyes, darker than his hair. As soon as Samantha heard the motorcycle, she turned around really quick to look who it is, but I bet she already knows who it was. She was staring at him with dreamy eyes.
"Who's that? On the motorcycle?" I asked, but I know it's no use. If I pushed her over, she still probably wouldn't be able to wake up from her dreams. When he saw us looking straight at him, he smiled.
She was fixing her hair while she smiled back at him.
"What are you doing? And who's that?" I was asking her, but she wouldn't answer me. As he approached us, Samantha was smiling at him.
"That's Damien. Super hot. He's looking at you." Now she looks at me and answers.
"It's because he knows I'm new." I was answering.
"Summer, he's coming towards us." As I was about to say something she turns away from me.
"Morning Samantha. Hello, you must be new. I'm Damien Smith. It's nice to meet you." He said that with a smile and he lend his hand out so that I can shake it. I took his hand and shuck it. Samantha was smiling a big smile, I bet that hurt her, but she probably didn't care.
"H...hi Damien." She started to hesitate while he was there.
"Morning, my names Summer Cartlin. It's nice to meet one of Samantha's friends. So which class are you going to, Damien?" While I was saying this, the dreams I had was back in my head, more flashbacks.
"Are you okay?" He asked me.
"Oh...um...I'm fine." I was hesitating. Suddenly the bell rang and Samantha jumped up.
"Sorry girls. I have to go. Don't want to be late. I'll see you girls later on." He winked at us before he left. As I turned, I was giggling at Samantha because she was staring after him. I noticed my sister, Abby, was standing alone by the fence. There was always a bond between us. We never found out what it meant, but we got used to it. I feel what she feels and now she feels sad and lonely. So I started to walk towards her. She knew I was coming so she looked up at me with sad eyes.
"Come on Abby, we have to go." I grabbed her wrist and towed her towards the buildings we went our separate ways.
When we got to our class, the teacher, Mr. Turner, made me stand in front of the class and introduce myself. I was so embarrassed. I was thinking of that and I heard Abby laughing in my head. I started laughing with her. Everyone was staring at me at the moment and I saw Kellen laughing with me. I was done introducing myself so I headed for the empty seat next to Kellen.
"Hello again." I smiled at him with shy eyes.
"What was so funny?"
"Um..." Mr. Turner looked at me with ferocious eyes.
"I'll tell you at lunch."
"I think that's a good idea." He smiled a light, gentle smile that made my heart go faster. Then he turned from me.
"Ms. Cartlin? Do you have something to say to the class?" Right then, everyones' eyes were on me.
"No Mr. Turner." I tried to sound sorry, but I wasn't. I was happy to talk to Kellen again even if it was only a second. I was giggling at my thought.
When school was over, I went home to take a nap. What a day i thought to myself. I fell heavily to sleep. I had the same dream as I had this morning, but this time the dream was longer. No one woke me up. I was still with the guy that kissed me, but this time Abby was there. She grabbed my hand and yanked me away from him. He was angry that I wasn't in his arms anymore. Me ans Abby were running from him. He was chasing after us. I turned to check if he was still behind us. He was so quick, he almost caught us. I turned to look at Abby with shocked eyes but she wasn't there. I tripped on a rock.
and I started bleeding. He jumped up and I was so terrified. With shock and fear I put both my hands over my eyes. Good bye.

- There are a few times when you used "your" when you really should have used "you're." These two words have entirely different meanings. You should make sure that you use the correct word.
