• Dimitri was looking all over my room, and seemed intrigued by how it looked. "Is there a problem with my room?" I questioned moving in front of him so he could see me. "Uhmm.................. No it's just a bit," I didn't let him finish his sentence.
"What? Girly? Over decorated?" "No it's smart looking, like people who just study all the time," He walked up to my bookcase, and started looking at all the books I had in my room. "What are you trying to start your own library of sorts?" "Yes, I am actually it's one of my goals, and also to finish the books on my bookcase," I pointed to a section the I hadn't read yet. The look on Dimitri's face was priceless. "You've read almost all these books?" "I have a lot of time, trust me," I said smiling while patting his head which I had to reach for.

"There's no one in here!" I called, shooing Dante away. He grew pale and sprinted to the window, ducking outside. I went to the window and shut it quickly, drawing the curtains. My parents came in then. "Then who was that man's voice?" my mom demanded. "I was talking with a friend on the phone," I scoffed, pointing to my cell. "God, overprotective much?" My dad walked in, looking suspicious. "I disconnected your phone." "Not my cell," I said.

He kept looking through my room, as if he'd find something more interesting in my room, than just a bunch of books. I didn't mind him snooping as long as he kept his nose out of places that it wasn't suppose to be. "So what have your parents done to you?" My eyes followed as he wandered around. "Oh you know the usual , grounded for a month, chores everyday, and being locked in my room even if I have to pee," I shrugged saying the last thing. He gave me a look like 'You did not just say that', look. "It's true you want to ask them? I dare ya see what happens when my parents see a suspicious guy asking what's happening to there daughter. Yep they'll go a bit bonkers," I turned around to see Dimitri sitting on my bed listening.

So, the next day, my cellphone was confinscated. Of course. But my window was unlocked, so it was like giving up one thing to get something better. In a wierd way. Nah, not really. I'm just trying to sound optimistic. That night I waited for Dante to come in that unpronounced way he usually did, but there was nothing, until I went to the window and saw a pale pink rose with a white ribbon around it. I tugged open the window part way and pulled the rose inside, undoing the ribbon. Written on it in black ink it read, "Sorry. Busy. Sweet dreams. Dante." Wow. Short, sweet, and to the point. I pressed the soft petals to my cheek before moving to set it on my nightstand.

He lied down, and as I got closer I noticed his eyes were closed. 'Don't tell me?' I thought. Ugh he fell asleep on me. I thought it would be nice to let him sleep on a comfy bed for a couple of hours so I left him there. Looking for a blanket I ended up pulling one from underneath Dimitri out. Man he slept like a rock! I got closer to him to see if he'd wake up and I whispered, "You know my parents check hourly on me," to see if that's frighten him awake, it didn't to my disappoint. I cuddled up to the floor, and made myself comfy, while he got the bed. What's a girl to do when a guy falls asleep in her bed without question. For my answer, it'd be get a neck cramp in the morning, from sleeping on the floor. Before I forgot I set my alarm clock before my parents got up so I'd wake Dimitri.

I slept soundly that night, until someone knocked on my window. I sighed and moved to it, tossing the curtains back. "Dante," I hissed, opening the window with a grunt. "You need to stop coming so often-" Suddenly teal eyes made themselves clear in the darkness. I gaped. Slade frowned. "Well. This is interesting."

The creaking from my bed had woken me up, only to see Dimitri climbing through my window to leave. "Ah, you're not even gonna say goodbye?" I whinned, climbing out the window after him.
"Sorry, Cerberus started growling I had to check what's bothering him," He said patting Cerberus. He took out a piece of meat from a bag hooked to his belt, and gave it to Cerberus. Watching this I couldn't help but notice, another thing past Dimitri and Cerberus. Walking to it I saw another giant feather tied to a tree, with black ribbon. Oh no that's what was bothering him. Should I tell Dimitri Ian's been here, just leaving a feather trail behind, or keep it a secret, and see what happens.
