-Introduction
You would think that every child - even orphans - would love the snow. You would think that any child of any young age would want to play in the snow, whether it was building a snowman, skiing, sliding or having a snowball fight.
Any child would love the snow and the winter holidays where they would be free of school, and free from the teachers snapping at them for getting one simple question wrong.
But you are wrong. Very wrong indeed.
There is a child, a very odd child, who hates the snow. She hates when school is out, when the children all run out to play, when it snows, when she sees or hears a child talking about how very excited they are when school ends and when it snows and when they can have a snowball fight with their friends.
Now, before I tell you the story of which I will be telling, I will tell you why this child hates the snow.
Bellatrix was born just the day before Christmas, at the time when a parent would be setting the presents under a tree for their children, midnight. On that snowy cold night she was born, and on that snowy cold night she had a whole life ahead of her, and this was just even before the beginning.
At the young age 2, some strange people came to the inn her father and mother used to run, and offered them both a good, well paying job, but they would not be able to have a child with them.
So Bellatrix's parents, greedy and selfish as they were, abandoned a young and fragile child to the father's brother.
Bellatrix's uncle did not want a to care for a child, he had never asked for one and was not even planing on marriage yet.
But even though he did not want to care for this child he cared for 2 years, when he found a woman he loved very much and married her, but under the promise of these to lovers never to have to care for a child.
So young Bellatrix was abandoned yet again, on the same cold and snowy day. But this time she was left at an orphanage.
This time she was not to be abandoned by someone who she would get to know and love, she promised herself, she would never talk to anybody or look at them, she would never play or laugh and have jolly times with a close friend.
And she kept that promise, but not for her entire life, for one can not avoid talking to someone when the other is consistent on interacting with another.
A fellow orphan, by the name of Gweneth was the best person Bellatrix had ever met, she was not selfless or greedy, mean or ugly. She was just right, the best person anyone could ever have as a friend.
After 7 years of knowing this girl and going back on her promise, Gwen (which was what she was called) was taken from Bellatrix. But not by Gwen's (that was what she was called) own will. You see, being an orphan is like seeing an animal on a shelf and if you like that animal, you would buy it. And someone liked this child, who was (figuratively) on a shelf.
Not so long after that event, Bellatrix to was taken.
