• My Message From Him:

    On the week of New years, I believe it was a Monday, I got a call from a friend saying that his sister was in the hospital on life support because she had gotten in a car accident. I was scared for her and worried about the effect all this was having on my friend and his family.

    I prayed out loud when I got the news asking for her to recover and wake up and be okay. I prayed that HE would help my friend's family through it all. Two hours later: She woke up. She was fine. Two Hours. I just...I couldn't believe it. (She's fine now and she's been released from the hospital.)

    The next morning I read this passage:
    John 20:29 Reads: "Jesus said to him, 'Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.'"
    I found this very fitting for the previous day. I have never seen Him and yet I believe He is there. Suddenly this phrase popped into my head, "I am here. And You will see Me." And I was just awestrucken by it like...He's here. He's with us and He's watching over us.

    This New Year's Eve: Me and my church always pray every night at nine. We stop what we're doing and just pray. While I was praying for the New Year and safety for my friends and family I asked Him a question. Before Christmas my brother (friend brother) said that I have a Guardian/Warrior spirit. Which is true. I protect and try to guard my friends and family against anything that may hurt them. So I asked God if there was someone specific that I'm supposed to be guarding. My brother is trying to do something more with the youth at my church. Trying to unite us and help us spiritually and trying to help us speak our minds and be closer to Him. God told me that something big is coming for my brother and that i need to be prepared to protect him and fight for him. I told my brother this and he understood and is now even more pumped to start new things with the youth. ^^

    Well that's my New Year's story. I hope I touched someone out there and maybe shared that He's always there for you. And if you put your faith in Him and ask for His help, He will help you.
