• The sun sets and we all begin to pray,
That this world won't end at least not today.
The darkness fills the sky, as the streets grow dim,
And no one passes by. Not a soul on the streets or,
    A single heart that beats.
The crisis we've reached has left
    Our world empty, and bleak.
Not one light on for there is no one
To supply it. Not one flooded town that
    We could not burn down.
We left our selves in this mess, and nothing
Could fix it not even a test. The world that
Was once almost all water is now all. The
World that was too selfish to change all helped kill
The world that was so peaceful when it came.
