I wrote this peom to remind m
Trust is nothing
there is no more trust
which means no more love
only more hate

I never had trust
And I will never believe in it
because no one tells the truth
they only tell lies

Life and death is true
but you can never trust life you can only trust death

But the important thing is in finding people you can trust. The poem wasn't altogether that good but it got the message across. You need someone to lean on. Believe me, eventually you're gonna fall. You can't catch yourself. I've tried. You need someone to trust.
