- Description: It may be short but there is something behind this poem that I really thought about and that is the stages of shock. When I turned this in for my "emotion poem" as an English project, I asked my teacher if SHOCK is an emotion and she said no. I looked it up in a dictionary and it said that shock IS an emotion although it is not long term.

- It sounds more like shock turning into denial to me but i like it, especialy since it helped you show a teacher she was wrong.
