A Pyro's Dream
Night illuminates
And a beast’s roar explodes
Unexpected, untamed.
A haze of smoke coats the moon
Shielding it from the scene below
Of flames and light
Flashing in small explosions
Heat erupts and chaos begins
Only to last a few moments.
Lava streams downwards
The action begins
Yellow, orange, and red bursts into the air
Then shoots down the mountain.
Dark briefly becomes light
Then it all fades
Becoming solemn and quiet
All back to normal
Just a bit more colorful
And enemy to some
But a pyro’s dream.
