    Listen to my slow heart beat
    The rhythm like a pounding drum
    Feels likes its coming undone

    The shadows dance across the floor
    Wanting,begging,needing more
    Without the moon light's silver strands
    They can dance across darkened land

    Slow release of my breath
    A quick upheaval of the chest
    Stillness lies in this unlovely form
    With a heart still beating, broken and torn
