Did you think I’d fall in love
tab Because you smiled at me?
Did you think I’d change my world
tab Because you spoke to me?
What makes you think that
tab I’ll follow you forever?
You could only fool yourself,
Because I know you don’t see me
tab As anything other than
tab Something to change
And I’ve got too much
tab Pride for that.

That was... interesting... and I've certainly never read that particular oh-so-common occurence written about, so I'm very much inclined to like it just for the sake of giving that a voice... nope, sorry, it just didn't grab me. I was expecting better by the title.
