• An Ode to the Wii



    An ode for a Nintendo Fanboy to his precious Wii Console.



    Oh Wii
    I love you so dear!
    You turn me on when I am near.
    Your cold white hard body against my chest,
    But I know that you’re the best.
    I shake your remote every day,
    So I can go out and go play.
    I might have gone and broken a few bones,
    But I play with your nun chuck more than my own.

    Your memory card is your brain,
    Which mine is going to waste,
    Playing Super Mario Galaxy,
    At a quick neck pace.

    When your little green light turns on,
    I point my remote so near.
    Your sensor reads me clearly,
    So I always get to steer.

    An Xbox 360 is gray or a PS3 is black.
    Even though you’re white,
    I will never take you back.

    My girlfriend was feeling cheated.
    She told me to pick between her or the machine,
    So then I told her to beat it.

    Oh thou Wii I love you so.
    You make my heart and nun chuck go.
    I know that you will never leave me,
    So I love you thou sweet Wii!
