Cancer
Killing slowly
Never giving up
Your pain

Cure
Still unfound
You're leaving me and
Your pain

Your the one in pain
I'm the crying at night
You put up the fight
I'm just on a crazy ride
Full of your ups & downs
Your pain

I will always miss you
And remember you

Remember your laugh
And your smile
And the dreams you put in me
Your bright smile
With matching red hair
They were dimmed by
Your pain

We will always have a bond
One that wont break
We share to much
To ever forget
Our secrets are safe
Together Forever

It's obvious how much this person meant to you. While it's an openform poem, I like how still you close every stanza almost with the same two words, giving it a feeling of uniformity, almost of cadence despite its unrhythmic nature. I like it! 5/5.
