And so through a torn world of loneliness,I saw you.
The wondrous being only kept within my dreams.
You're real,you're real! I rejoice.
Only my dreams seem to hide me from something.
Sweet as sugar can be,but as sinister as Satan.
Outside,in public doors,a perfect picture painted.
Inside, personal doors,an iron grip and cage of tyranny.
He coos softly in my ear,"Just a loving eye on you," and smiles wickedly.
Dreams deny me happiness...
Possession is what I become.
A twisted piece of property in his eyes.
His greedy eyes.
To what sin have I done to deserve imprisonment?
What a fool I have been.
Rotting in this damned cage, only let out to make public appearances.
And now bound to him like a dog.
Raped of true love, and forever tied to this monster.
I spit on fantasies and fairy tales.
For now I now what it is to truly be alone.
And God forsaken.
Tainted.
Soul,body,mind,and my heart.
"Just a loving eye on on my dear...you are mine"
Tears would only intrigue him.
Pain would only intensify his hold on me.
A gift?
A curse.
It is he who will be the down-fall of all that is pure.
And I am to just gaze upon his destruction of me.
To hold his hand, and gaze at him lovingly.
And through a torn world of hate by love,I'd have taken my place to be lonely.
My dreams, a lie
